MxP Partners LLP is a mid-market private investment office, focused on originating and overseeing investments in businesses with high potential.

MxP was set up by Michael George in 2006 following the successful sale of his family's controlling interest in Weetabix to Lion Capital, a US private equity firm. MxP has since evolved into a sector agnostic mid-market private equity business.
