Mark joined MxP in 2015 and is a Chartered Accountant with 20 years of experience, principally in managing finance teams in large organisations.
Most recently, Mark was a Group Financial Controller and a Financial Director within a FTSE company, where he deployed his breadth of experience on a floatation, several corporate transactions, and a number of refinancing exercises.
