Justin was made chairman of Melrose Industries plc in January 2019, where he had been a non-executive director since 2011.
He is also on the boards of Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust and JP Boden & Co Ltd.
He was chairman of Intermediate Capital Group until 2016.
His earlier career was in merchant banking at Morgan Grenfell, Merrill Lynch and Tricorn Partners, the independent advisory firm which he co founded and which was acquired by Nomura.
